PROCESS AREA - STRUCTURE SD2/SD3
The SD2/SD3 structure, made by steel, has a maximum height of about 13,6m and plan dimensions of about 4,7mx6,0m. The gravity loads, due to 2 piping levels and one service platform, have been supported by 2 main transversal frames, which have also the task to guarantee the transversal stability against wind and seismic loads. In longitudinal direction the horizontal stability is guarantee by vertical bracings.
