PROCESS AREA - STRUCTURE SA1
The SA1 structure, made by steel, has a maximum height of about 9,7m and plan dimensions of about 19,0mx6,0m. The gravity loads, due to 3 storeys of service platforms, have been supported by 4 main transversal frames, which have also the task to guarantee the transversal stability against wind and seismic loads. In longitudinal direction the horizontal stability is guarantee by vertical bracings.
